Shipping Method

We primarily use ground shipping within the United States to balance delivery speed, cost, and product integrity. Ground shipping allows us to provide reliable service while keeping your costs fair and ensuring proper handling of the product during transit.

Freshness Commitment

Our matcha is at its peak quality within the first 3 months of production, so we encourage customers to enjoy their matcha as soon as possible for the best flavor, color, and aroma. With this in mind, we work hard to get your order shipped out as quickly as possible after purchase, usually within 3-4 business days 

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once shipped, transit times will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Options & Costs

Standard ground shipping is our preferred method to balance speed and cost-effectiveness. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and selected service.

If you wish to receive your order faster, expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.
